Grilled Tuna #Recipe

Grilled Tuna Steaks

Ingredients:
4 7oz. tuna steaks    
1/4 c  fresh lemon juice     
1 Tbl  extra virgin olive oil     
2 cl garlic,minced     
2 tsp  fresh oregano,Chopped     
1 Tbs  lemon zest,Grated   
1/4 tsp  salt     
1 tsp pepper,Freshly Ground

Preparation:
Prepare a charcoal grill. Meanwhile, rinse the tuna, pat dry, and place in a shallow glass or ceramic dish. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over the fish and cover with plastic wrap; marinate for 30-45 minutes in the refrigerator. When the fire is ready, drain the tuna and place it in a fish or meat basket. Grill the steaks 4" from the heat, 3 min. per side for rare or approximately 5 minutes per side to cook through. Pierce with a fork to see if the fish is flaky and done. Baste with remaining marinade if desired.

Baked Salmon #recipe

Ingredients:
3 lb salmon steak
¼ lb chopped mushrooms
1 medium onion, minced
2 tablespoon minced parsley
¼ teaspoon tarragon
1  shake pepper and salt
2 tablespoon butter (optional)
½ cup sherry
1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
 
Preparation:
Soak lid of clay cooker. Cut salmon in half and lay both pieces in cooker. Sprinkle with mushrooms, onion, and parsley and tarragon mixed. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Dot with butter and pour sherry around. Cover, put into cold oven and set temperature to 425F. Bake 30 minutes sprinkle crumbs over top of salmon and continue to bake 30 more minutes

Quick N Easy Eggless Salmon Patties #Recipe

Eggless Salmon Patties
 
Ingredients:
3 5 oz  cans  Salmon
1 cp.    Shredded Cheese (the flavor you like)
½ cp.   Butter or Margarine
1 pkg.  Crackers (saltines)
 
Preparation:
Add salmon to a bowl adding the cheese, crackers and butter. Mix the ingredients until evenly mixed, place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer, form into patties and add to a hot frying pan, I always use plenty of cooking oil but you do not have to. Cook until browned and serve.

Eggless Tuna Patties
 
Ingredients:
2 cp.    Tuna
1 cp.    Shredded Cheese (the flavor you like)
½ cp.   Butter or Margarine
1 pkg.  Crackers (saltines)
 
Preparation:
De-bone and skin tuna. Cook the tuna in oven until it will
flake, usually 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool the tuna and
crumble it and place in a bowl add the cheese, crackers and butter. Mix the ingredients until evenly mixed, place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer, form into patties and add to a hot frying pan, I always use plenty of cooking oil but you do not have to. Cook until browned and serve.
