Oh yea gotta #love Cajun #recipe

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, butterflied or pounded thin
 
3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
 
Butter
 
2 toasted buns, split
 
Preheat frying pan over med-high heat on top of stove. Smoother chicken in Cajun seasoning. Place a small amount of butter in pan and place seasoned chicken breasts in pan. Cook until seasoning is black, then turn and cook until done. Serve on toasted bun with your favorite sandwich toppings.

Spicy Fish Soup #recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs. firm white boneless fish cubed
4 cp. water
2 tomatoes
1 onion
3 sprigs fresh parsley or 1 tsp. Dried parsley
2 jalapeno peppers seeded
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp.  Dried thyme,
 
Preparation:
Wash fish, on oven top place in large saucepan, and add 4 cups water. Finely chop tomatoes, onion, parsley, and peppers and add to water. Add salt and thyme and stir. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 20 minutes or until fish is tender. Serve immediately.
