Fruity Salsa #Recipe

Check out some more salsa #recipes Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:
½ cup Cantaloupe, diced
 ½ cup fresh pineapple, diced
¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
 ¼ cup yellow bell pepper, diced
 ¼ cup purple onion, diced
½ Tbs. Lime Juice
 1 tbs. Fresh Mint leaves, minced
1 tbs. Light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. Jalapeno pepper, minced
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp. Lime zest, minced
 
Preparation:
In bowl mix all ingredients together and serve. If you want larger amounts double accordingly.

Summer Salsa Dip #Recipe

Ingredients:
1 16oz. Sour Cream
 1 14oz. Jar Salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
 1 8oz. Bag shredded Mexican Cheese
 1 lg. Tomato
1 lg. Green Pepper
Tortilla Chips 
 
Preparation:
In a 10x14 inch pan spread the sour cream evenly. Add the salsa and uniformly over the Sour Cream. Chop the tomato and green pepper, then spread on the salsa add the 8 oz. Bag of cheese on the tomatoes and green peppers let sit 15 minutes serve with tortilla chips.

American Salsa Dip #recipe

Get awesome recipes that will make your mouth water!CHEESE 'N' SALSA DIP
 
Ingredients:
 
1 lbs. pasteurized cheese cubed
 
1 16oz. jar Picante sauce or salsa
 
2 tbs. Cilantro (optional)
 
Preparation:
1. Place the cubed brick of pasteurized cheese and the jar of picante sauce in a slow cooker, turn on high stirring occasionally until melted and blended. Stir in cilantro when melted.
2. Serve with tortilla chips.
 
Note: You can substitute two 14.5 oz. cans of chopped tomatoes and 4 oz. can of chiles for the salsa, or add one 14.5 oz. can of whole tomatoes and 4 oz.can of chiles. Experiment
