#Spring Salad #Recipe

 Ingredients:
 1 medium cucumber       
 1 large tomato           
 2 green onions
4 Tbs. Italian salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
Leaf Lettuce
Leaf Spinach
                         
Preparation:            
Dice vegetables, slice green onion, and combine in a small bowl. Sprinkle dressing and sugar over the mix and lettuce and spinach, add salt and pepper if desired. Gently stir to mix and coating all, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight is best.

Healthy Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients:
8 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise 
½ pound bacon  
1 cup pepper jack cheese
3 Tbs. chives
4 thin radishes – sliced thin
1 head lettuce  Ready to serve
1 avocado diced
 
Preparation:
 Boil the eggs, until hard and dice them. Fry the bacon and crumble it. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.

Egg-salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs, grated fine or sieved
1/3 cp. minced pimento-stuffed olives
1/4 cp. plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Diced Dill Pickle
1 Tbs. prepared Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes. After cool add to bread with a few Lettuce leaves.





The perfect destination for any Picnic is a awesome fishing trip.
