CHICKEN SALAD 

Ingredients:
1 can  or 5 oz. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped sweet pickle
1 boiled egg, chopped
1/2 c. salad dressing 
1 onion slice chopped

Preparation:
Mix and serve.

Olive Salad #Recipe

Ingredients:
½ lb. Grape tomatoes
12 oz. Mozzarella rubbed with fresh basil and chopped garlic
1 jar Green olives stuffed with garlic
1 6oz. Can of black olives, pitted and drained
1 jar of Kalamata Olives, pitted and drained
¼ cp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper 
 
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and toss with a the extra virgin olive oil add salt and pepper to taste.

Summer Strawberry Salad #Recipe

Strawberry Summer Time

Ingredients:
1 lg. Strawberry Jell-o
½ cup hot Water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 lg. tub of Whip Topping 

Preparation:
Heat strawberry Jell-o and water until hot. Add Strawberries and refrigerate mixture. Stir in tub of whipped topping. Chill and serve.

Broccoli Salad #Recipe

Broccoli Salad 

Ingredients:
3 cups Broccoli Florets
½ cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ cup Red Onion, Sliced
3 tbs. Bacon Bits 
Dressing: 
¾ cup salad dressing
3 tbs. Sugar
1½ Tbs. Vinegar 

Preparation:
Combine broccoli florets, cheese, onion and bacon bits. Mix salad dressing, sugar, vinegar and toss with broccoli mixture.
